Woldingham has 6 boarding houses; Marden is home to our youngest full and weekly boarders in Years 7, 8 and 9, with Main House housing our flexi boarders in Years 7- 9. In Yr 10 and 11, our flexi and weekly boarders live in Scott House; and our full boarders live in Triffitt house. These two houses span the same building so there is much cross over between girls and activities. Berwick and Shanley house our Lower and Upper Sixth students, respectively, and are stand-alone buildings; Shanley has en-suite facilities. All boarders in Year 10 and above have single study bedrooms, whilst our younger students are accommodated in dorms. All year groups are a mixture of full, weekly and flexi boarders. The School is organised horizontally in year groups with each year team consisting of a Head of Year and tutors whilst the houses are each run with a Housemistress and team of boarding staff to support including an Assistant Housemistress, Resident tutors and Graduate Assistant. The Director of Boarding oversees all matters related to Boarding.

We are seeking a well-qualified, experienced and dynamic Head of French to lead and develop the teaching of this popular and important subject. We pride ourselves on ensuring that the students in our care receive the very best teaching, as well as opportunities to participate in trips, visits, competitions and cultural events. The Head of French works closely with the Heads of Spanish and German to ensure consistency between languages, the sharing of best practice, and to promote the learning of Languages at Woldingham.
