We’re all in this together', the final song in High School Musical, perfectly summed up last week’s fabulously feel-good production.
Year 9 students played the main character parts magnificently and fellow Year 9s made fantastic Cheerleaders and brilliant Brainiacs, with everyone supported superbly by the ensemble of Year 7s and Year 8s. As well as excellent singing, audiences were treated to wonderfully comic performances and marvellously choreographed routines involving the full cast of more than 40 students.
Behind the scenes, other students played vital roles in the show’s success in the creative and technical production teams, working alongside teaching and theatre staff, with Director of Drama Miss Stacey Williams at the helm.
Top marks and gold stars to everyone involved.
