On Thursday 4 May, Year 11 students enjoyed a day of celebrations before beginning their GCSE study leave. This they did in style, in the most colourful array of film-themed fancy dress costumes (see photos in gallery below).
After enjoying a barbecue on Pergola Lawn with their tutors and Head of Year Mr Nunes (aka Spiderman for the day), everyone gathered in the auditorium for their final Year 11 assembly, where students were awarded certificates, memories were stirred with a video montage of photos and Mr Nunes said a very fond farewell to his outgoing year group, who responded with a specially prepared flash mob routine.
