We were delighted to host our Year 7 Grandparents’ Tea on the afternoon of Friday 10 June – a lovely event, which we haven’t been able to hold for the past couple of years.
The sun shone, Woldingham looked its best, and grandparents were positively beaming as their granddaughters gave them a tour of the school and grounds. Our guests were also treated to a video of a year in the life of Woldingham – and Year 7 in particular - to give them the full auditorium experience. The cream tea that followed was welcomed with equal enthusiasm. Very few scones were left over!
It is always a pleasure to welcome guests to Woldingham. I’m pleased to say our Year 7s proved excellent hosts.
