This week we’re launching #PhotographersWold, a competition we hope will help keep our Woldingham community busy, connected and having a bit of fun during this half of term.
We would like the whole Woldingham community of students, staff, parents and alumnae to take part and send in their photos taken over the next few weeks. Thank you to Miss Gallagher for setting up the competition and inspiring us with her great photos of the Woldingham valley taken last week, shared on Twitter.
Each week has a theme:
Week 1 Thursday 14 – Wednesday 20 January Landscapes
Week 2 Thursday 21 – Wednesday 27 January Sun and light
Week 3 Thursday 28 January – Wednesday 3 February Animals
Week 4 Thursday 4 February – Wednesday 10 February Close ups
How to take part:
- During your daily outdoor exercise, take your photo.
- Submit your photo by 4pm (GMT) on each Wednesday by emailing toulsons@woldinghamschool.co.uk
Please include your full name. In addition, students please include your year group, alumnae the year in which you left Woldingham, and parents your daughter’s name and year group.
Weekly winners will be announced every Friday and the overall winner will be announced on Friday 12 February and will receive a gift card.
We hope this will bring some joy to your weekly routine and we look forward to seeing all the fantastic photographs sent in over the coming weeks.
