We were delighted to host two virtual networking events for our overseas alumnae communities in the USA and Asia recently. After a welcome from Dr Whitehead, two alumnae panellists at each session spoke enthusiastically and very knowledgably around the theme ‘Women in Business – supporting the next generation’. Our US panellists were Tilly Nydes (née Bagshawe) and Arie Roth Kaller, and from Hong Kong, Vicky Feng and Dr Victoria Elegant. With questions posed from the virtual audience, they shared their experience, advice and insight with the participants. We’re sharing a recording of the webinars to the local alumnae community unable to take part.
The Women in Business campaign has been designed to create networking opportunities for these important Woldingham alumnae communities as well as a collaboration for each region to fund a transformational bursary for a girl to come to study at Woldingham. A heartfelt thank you to our fantastic panellists and all the participants who made both these events so successful and thanks to our overseas communities for their commitment to the Women in Business and transformational bursary campaign.
