Mrs Gail Haythorne, Senior Teacher, Staff Development, presented some highlights from Woldingham’s THRIVE programme to the Girls’ School Association’s national conference for Deputy Heads and Senior Leaders, hosted by Edgbaston High School in February. Her talk ‘Graffiti and Gorillas: Growth Mindsets for Girls’ was very well received and she has already been contacted by several schools keen to share Woldingham’s expertise in this area; we are delighted to be able to inspire other schools around the country about this important topic.
