Last Friday, a group of us from Year 8 went on a fantastic tour to Reading. The weekend was full of fun and excitement. We played – and won –a hockey match on the Friday and then we went out for a great evening at Pizza Express!
The next day we had three tense netball matches. Everyone played really well, even though it was freezing cold outside for the first two. In our indoor netball match, we all played superbly and were still working really hard after a tiring morning. A highlight of the tour was going to Nando's and then out bowling - we had a brilliant time!
Well done to everyone who got player of the match, and a special well done to Zoe, who won the most improved hockey player, and to Anastasia, who won most improved netball player.
We had a very active weekend and everyone tried really hard and played excellently. I hope everyone has a great half term after such hard work!
