Lower Sixth students, Sarah and Lily, have progressed to the second round of the ESU Schools' Mace debating competition after a great performance against Sutton Grammar earlier this week, at Epsom College. They opposed the motion "This house would introduce compulsory non-military national service for Year 13s" and argued their case very clearly, taking on their opponents' arguments in a very direct manner.
