Day girls make up approximately one third of our total numbers and are a significant part of our community who are fully integrated into their own peer group.

During the day, it would be difficult to distinguish between Day girls and Boarders. In some cases, the only difference is they have to be encouraged to go home at bedtime! Day girls are welcome to join in any of the evening or weekend activities. If they wish, they can stay later into the evening in order to join in the activities and complete their study before returning home. If we have spare beds in the boarding area, some Day girls take the opportunity for an occasional sleep-over.

Travel to school is facilitated by a number of minibus services, whether a pick-up from Woldingham Station, an entrance to which is within the school grounds, or, for a small charge, on one of the daily minibus routes.

Our minibus routes include Caterham, Purley, Sevenoaks, Sundridge, Brasted, Westerham, Oxted, Kingswood, Reigate, Redhill, Keston and Selsdon.
