The coaches concentrate on their areas of speciality eg. defence, attack, shooting, mid court play. During each session a different aspect of the game, tailored to the standard of the group, is demonstrated and explained. This is followed by supervised structured practice/drills leading to fun games and activities.

On the final day a tournament is held where participants can put into practice their new skills in a friendly, lively competiton.
