Remember, Remember

Perhaps it was the full moon (or Kieran?s special recipe mulled wine) but this year?s Firework Display certainly went with a bang! The younger girls in the school once again started the proceedings with the judging of the Guy competition. There was the usual eclectic mix of themed mannequins destined for the big flames - not for Woldingham Girls the usual boring old Guy Fawkes! My particular favourite was Wonderwoman (go Duchesne!) but renowned judge Dominic Murtagh awarded the dubious honour of 1st on the fire to Digby with their imaginative representation of The Hulk.

A strolling band, ?poi? fireshow and fireworks set to rock music all helped to give this evening the special Woldingham hallmark of originality. Mandy Pearce (WPSA)
