From a huge nationwide entry our team, under the guidance of catering manager Keiran Smith, made a real impression on the judges with their efforts. Minette Barnes won a Silver Medal for her Sizzling Salad, Mathew Thrussell entered Junior Chef of the Year and was awarded a Certificate of Merit, and Frederic Lottin was also awarded a Certificate of Merit for his amazing Japanese Table Display. Well done to all concerned it was worth all the hard work and the early start!
